Delete From The Android App
- Open the Tónar Android app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the delete account button in the signed-in toolbar.
- Confirm the deletion request.
The app will delete your Tónar app profile and sign you out.

Delete Your Tónar Account
Use these instructions to delete your Tónar app account and associated app data.
Request Deletion Outside The App
You can also request deletion by email.
Please include the email address or username used to sign in to Tónar. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
What We Delete
- Your Tónar app profile.
- Your playlists and playlist tracks.
- Your favorites and listening-history records, where present.
- Playback records associated with your account where they can be linked to your Tónar user ID.
What May Be Kept
We may keep limited records when needed for legal, accounting, security, anti-abuse, backup, or service-integrity reasons. We may also keep aggregated statistics that no longer identify an active Tónar account. If your sign-in identity is managed separately from the Tónar app profile, contact us and we will help remove or disable the related authentication record where possible.
Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately for the app profile. Email requests are normally reviewed within 7 days and completed within 30 days after verification, unless a longer retention period is required.
